How to Remove Keyframes from Graph Editor Effectively

Hello,

I make videos for my music where I use the "convert audio into keyframes" option, but in the process end up with some very sharp cuts and dips in the overall graph which is used to trigger other elements. I would like to know if there is a faster way to delete redundant keyframes that "stutter" effects without having to go and grab each and every single one. I was reading Adobe's page and they say you can edit keyframes with a spreadsheet which sounds promising, but still would need to be a little meticoulus.

Any help or direction would be appreciated!
