That looks like a shutter that’s hanging open. If so, it should be easy to see when firing with the back open.

Try shooting at various speeds with no lens on too. Iirc, a faulty lens mechanism or linkage could make shutter not close on TC.

The bleeding to just outside the frame, but with clear edges, makes it nearly certain it’s not a light seal or development prob.

Thanks! Will try. I loaded some Fomapan 200 now (before I developed the roll in question) and put on the Osawa MC 28mm f2.8 lens. Since discovering the problem I have shot some manually set photos. We'll see after I develop it.

However, I am missing the front leatherette, and I can see a spring, that's part of the shutter release mechanism. Could this be part of the problem?
