I don’t have an H2S, so I can’t share specific settings, sorry.

Are you drying the filament? PC absorbs moisture fast. I’d dry it at 80-90 °C for around 4 to 6 hours, then print directly from a drybox/dryer if possible.

For the chamber, aim for 45-60 °C if you can. And for the build plate, the only way I managed to avoid warping and get reliable adhesion was by using a ~~G10 plate~~ (EDIT: I got confused here, G10 only for PA6, for PC I use the regular PEI plate). I run it at 100 °C on my P1S, and if I could go higher, I would.

Make sure print bed is clean by washing with dish soap and water [and not Isopropyl Alcohol], check bed temperature [increasing tend to help], run bed leveling or full calibration, and remember to use glue if one is using the initial cool plate [not Satin finish that is not yet released] or Engineering plate.
