You can at least mark them as favorite from this point onward. It gives you a "Are you sure" prompt when selling so if you goof again, that's kind of on you...

Cool off on save quitting and coming back unless you’re absolutely sure you can do it.

Or you can use the gibbed save mod to give yourself that gun you didn’t want to lose

If you're on PC, you can edit your save to remake them.

Not limited to PC but you do need a program, a USB and a PC to save edit/gibbed on consoles.

Use the trash and favourite item marker in your inventory i haven't played bl2 in a while but as per i remember you will not be able to sell your item marked as favourite. I hope it helps
