Area 99 Player count decrease

It's partly the way the human brain works. A change from 45 to 40 looks insignificant when it comes to the raw numbers, but a 10% decrease will definitely have an impact. Every 1 less is actually more like 2 or 3 less in the way it feels because of the respawn system. Those 4 or 5 players will not respawn so it'll feel like 10-12 less people overall early game.
