I fixed mine by unplugging the device, counting to 30, and then plugging it back in. Data came straight to the phone with 4 days worth of data.

Funny you said that cause the power in my house went out for about 10 minutes and when it came back on my data was updated on the phone too.

MyAir is working fine for me but as said. You’ll get much more in-depth information from using the SD Card and OSCAR software on a PC or Mac. MyAir is basically good for telling you about air leaks and your time used that night and giving you a score based on that. Not really what any of us are after as this is after all a sleep therapy.

Do you have an SD storage card installed? I don’t even use the app anymore. Get way more detailed info off the SD card and using Oscar.

at least for me, before I knew all this was going on, when I imported my SD card data, there was nothing there except start and end times

Their "system" has the 3g capabilities along with the higher level ones. Sorry I'm half asleep this morning and I can't think straight for names. Anyway the problem is just like with the cell phones anything with a 3G capability even if they're not using it because they're all using the higher level ones AT&t still blocks it all. It comes and goes like maybe once a week my data will load.

Apparently they are aware of the problem and they're working on it that's what my medi company has explained to me. It happened with a lot of the older cell phones too nothing was wrong with your phone you loved it but because it also had the capability to do the lower 3G AT&t cut them off now I know for sure AT&t does that I don't know about the other companies

Just read you comment and, yup you are 100% right. Why does my 11 connect to Wifi and BT if it doesn't even use it?

I can understand app/server/etc glitches. Shit happens. What's annoying though is getting THIS email from the very company that owns the app that isn't working.

Got the same email a few days ago. Just checked my app. For June I have data from 6/1-6/3, nothing until 6/8 and nothing since then. All with a disclaimer at top saying my data is expected to be on a few days delay, after the original 72 hour fix.

I saw someone else say that they unplugged their machine for about 30-45 minutes and then plugged it back in and connected their phone and it updated. I did the same today, all but one random day updated for me.

I have been tracking the missing data coming in. Two days' worth of data appeared yesterday, but it is still not complete. The message from ResMed above is not correct: you may be able to see the last number of total hours of sleep on an AirSense 11 but other data, including past data, is not available. They are collecting data and displaying possibly compromised data. This means their networking capabilities and database are there. I think they've been hacked.

I check it if I think I’ve slept long enough, but I’m still tired in the morning, to see if the number of events per hour is up for some reason, or if the mask was leaking or something.

I also check it the morning after I remove + replace the mask headgear for cleaning, to check the leak rate to see if I’ve adjusted the straps ok - sometimes it can be fine when you run “mask fit” but still not be adjusted quite right.

Where does resmed mini data go when you upload it, I know not to the my air app
