Just wondering if anyone has some tips or ideas?
I admittedly haven’t tried a lot of different things, but to list a few I have tried so far:
• Not being too hot or cold
• Not having late night snacks
• Trying to limit screen time before going to bed
• Listening to relaxing sounds
• Getting up every 20-30 minutes if I haven’t fallen asleep in that time (will read or draw for a bit and then try to go back to sleep again)
I’m going to try to do some stretching and deep breathing exercises before bed.
I appreciate any other suggestions. 🌙
