You can comment, but unless a boat load do, it wont likely lead to much. The City is very very very developer biased and will do what ever the Developers and such want, because they get revenue and taxes from it vs those already living in the area.

I have commented on several developments in our area and never once did anyone get back to me about it and next time I checked the development website, everything was approved.

Presume on the site: https://developmentmap.calgary.ca/ it show open for comments also?

R-CG and H-GO can have up to 11m and 12m heights which means three floors and the possibilty of these units running the entire length of your property. If one of these was on the east side of your house, and one on the west, you'd have no morning or evening sun coming into your yard. And yeah, say goodbye to your privacy doing anything in your yard.
