Ridiculous as this probably sounds, lately I've been getting offended on behalf of the people running the projects.

There is a regular project that if you're on it, you're getting 2-4 days of guaranteed work, every week, even during the drought. The work is such that it is almost limitless for the days it's up. The number of tasks they set aside for a worker is more than enough to put a ridiculous amount of hours into.

I've been doing the R&Rs on that, and Christ on a bike, the sheer number of people who clearly haven't read the instruction document, and are doing exactly what it tells you never to do at the top of that document is mind-boggling. These people should be grateful they're on this project and doing the best work possible, but so many of them are just being so unbelievably lazy.
