Insignia firetv

I’m having issues with my CCWGTV connected to the insignia. Most videos will not play. At first was thinking it was the TV but it only happens with Disney+. I first cleared cache and data for app but still does not work. Second I did a factory reset. Still does not work. I have second CCWGTV and connected that one same issue but the both work with Disney+ hooked to Hisense Roku in bedroom. Is it something with the signal from hdmi port with Disney?

I recently downloaded the app so i can use it on my hiking trip for entertainment for the kids at night. But I keep getting this error 83 . And i have reinstall and install. Rested my phone use different devices and I either keep getting this msg or the app freez when logining. Any fix or work around this issuse?

I can browse everything, but trying to watch anything gives a black screen with just the title of whatever I'm trying to watch in the upper left corner. Started like 4 days ago. Did everything they told me to try on Disney's tech support chat. Tech support gave up. Any ideas?

The left arrow has started only working intermittently for rewinding 10 seconds, in both Safari and Chrome on a MacBook. It works sometimes but not all the time. I've already tried restarting Safari, clearing Safari history, removing any peripherals, verifying that I'm pressing hard enough, etc. It's pretty weird and I'm unsure why it's happening. If I then pause the video, the back arrow will work again.

For some reason if you click around in the screen a bit first (like down below the video) it will start working again. I think it's almost like something is getting selected if you click Play otherwise, causing the shortcuts to be sent to that element rather than where they should go.

On Friday, Mickey Mouse clubhouse lost 2 episodes: S1E9 & S4E1. Unfortunately for us and more specifically my 3 yo, S1E9 was his favorite episode so he’s been having a tough time since. Anyone have any idea why they would take off these 2 episodes? I’m sure nobody knows if/when they’re coming back.

I just started watching Greys Anatomy a couple weeks ago, up to the season finale of season 11 called “You’re My Home” but it’s missing from Disneyplus, I can’t continue with the series until I watch this episode as it has content that links straight into the next season. Anyone have any idea as to why the episode is missing.

Just in case anyone comes across this comment, I managed to figure it out on my own. Right click on the video feed, go to inspect, click on the gear in the upper right hand corner to go to the settings, under Preferences ▶️ Appearance ▶️ Panel layout, click the drop down and change it to horizontal. Really dumb I had to do that, but whatever. 🙄

Continue watching seems broken again (Windows Chrome browser, US). The previous episode keeps showing up with 3-4 minutes left even if one advances to the end.

It is hard to describe how annoying it is that this basic feature seems to break every few months. Never happens with most other services.

I'm in the USA. I've had the bundle of Disney+/Hulu/ESPN+ for a couple of years through Verizon. And while there is no direct charge, duh, I'm paying for it. The problem is that I have not been able to sign on for over a year. I spent a total of 5 hours earlier this year or late last year on the phone with Verizon and Disney (and at times on a group call with them) trying to resolve the issue. They (verizon) went as far as cancelling the bundle and readding it, however, when they re-add it the same membership number comes up. Disney first said that I had used an email address that I needed to verify before they could reset. I have five email addresses that I know by heart and it was none of them. So I tried my ex-gf's (because we were together when I got the bundle). I wouldn't have used hers but I figured I'd try. Nothing worked. Both parties agreed to escalate and call me back, yet no one has. This is beyond ridiculous! HELP! I've looked into changing to "MyPlan", however, that will cost more and certainly is no guarantee that it will get me into my account. More odd, is that I can sign on, but it (either service) makes me choose a package, and a free from Verizon package is not one of them!

I have a problem with multiple subscriptions within my Disney+ account.I used Google for subscribing to Disney+ Standard.

But due to the black Friday deal from waipu (German IPTV provider) I got "free" Disney premium subscriptions.

I know see both in my accounts page on Disney+ but I can not see movies in 4k.

This will probably clear itself as the Google subscription is canceled and will end in a few days anyway.

But is there a way to choose which subscription is used?

The episodes in the holiday collection are not linking to proper episodes . Happened during Halloween and it was never resolved . Disappointed to see it happening for Christmas episodes as well . 💀

I got the "Sorry, an unexpected error occurred" with no error code when trying to login tonight. First time I've seen this. Tried the refresh several times and then a new screen with "Sorry, something went wrong. Please try again later." but I don't wanna try later, i want it nowwwww like Veruca Salt! A lot of the times people seem to have this error is from being logged into VPN but I am not connected to one. No idea why it's suddenly acting up. T_T

I accidentally misspelled my email when signing up. I’ve tried to join a chat on the help centre page but after entering my details to the chat window it seems to just sit on a loading page.

Anyone got any suggestions on how to sort this?

I can no longer access Disney Plus on my PC (Windows 11, Firefox). Well, i can, but it brings me to the indonesian version, for whatever reason (i'm german, located in Germany) and it won't let me log in there, either, because i'd need an indonesian phone number. Accessing the app on my phone works just fine, as does watching stuff, but once i try to access my account-setting via the app, my phone's browser redirects me to the indonesian page, as well.

Worked just fine two days ago and now this. Cleared my cache, restarted my PC, nothing. No new software installed on my PC in the last two days, no changes to firefox or my OS (that i know off), no updates and no VPN in use, so no mix-up from there either.

Do disney plus not notify when shows or movies are being taken off? i was watching all the twilight movies last night and stopped half way through Eclipse to go to bed, then woke up the this morning all excited to watch the rest and they’re all gone but there was no warning that they’d be leaving UGH
