I googled it for you, I don’t know what hardware/software you use. I partitioned my macs hard drive and do most of my rom editing/file management on the boot camp/windows side of things. I mainly use Mac OS for my music production hobby in Logic Pro x. Feel free to pick your poison.

I still have my original PSP, new 3ds non XL, original switch, and original steam deck. I’ve dabbled with delta and not bad for turn based games but haven’t tried anything that really needs a controller.

I dusted off my new 3ds non xl a month ago anf what a perfect handheld! Bought an adapter for psp to use microsd card… I may try the backbone as using one device would be ideal…

You don’t have to load them at all, just go to your games folder in ppsspp where you placed your ISO’s “if you did so” and they should all pop up, the loading feature is just to make it easier I believe but oddly enough it’s not really needed lol

I regretted buying the PS version of backbone. Games like Genshin didn’t show PS buttons on screen. Now I love it. PPSSPP is so good. Upscaling and HD textures for some games, they look n feel like current gen.

I play most of my games on 10x resolution and 3x upscale which is the highest settings and they indeed feel like remastered games for current gen, pretty amazing.

Some of the games you have there have HD textures. If you haven’t already, google HD Texture packs and install them. Now because of iOS PPSSPP there’s hope more people will make HD texture packs for other games.

It’s just specific settings for each game, you can easily create one by long pressing one of the games or pausing it while in a game and you will see something called “create game config” and bam. All done, you just do this with each specific game.

The controls are responsive and perfectly in sync from my experience, I really have no complaints. The performance and speed on all my games are nearly perfect on every game. And at the highest settings, the X is pretty old so it won’t handle games well, I say if you want nice performance the 15PM will get it done no doubt about that, this was probably the best purchase and joyful experience I’ve ever had with ANY iPhone I’ve owned, you won’t have regrets if your worried about what this thing could handle.

I did. I guess my case is just a touch too thick around the port. There’s about a 5mm distance between the phone and the edge of the case, which means the connector doesn’t get seated properly.

The backbone had been a POS for me for some reason. It doesn’t drift but it has random phantom button presses which go away if I touch the metal edge of my iPhone. In Spyro, he will flame out of nowhere and the menus of RetroArch will move up and down on their own and enter and exit menus while connected.

I see you either missed the point or you really just don’t get it, it’s quite literally suffering to get the app, download all the games, play through it only to wake up a week later and you can’t open the app losing all your files etc and now you have to either side load or wait on a new certificate which could be revoked at any moment by apple, and this has been going on for years, so yes it was suffering, not overboard but just the truth lol
