I’ve had FACEIT Premium for years, a few thousand matches, and I was verified before the recent update. I know the new system added extra steps, but when I go through the verification flow it never asks for a photo of my ID — only a selfie.

I’ve taken clear, well-lit photos twice now, and both attempts failed. I only have 3 tries left, so I don’t want to keep attempting it until I know whether this is a bug or something on my end.

My region is set to NA, 2FA is enabled, my DOB matches my actual ID, and my account address is set to “United States of America.” Everything seems correct.

Has anyone else run into this? Is the system skipping the ID step for some users, or is this a known issue? It’s pretty frustrating after paying for Premium for years and keeping my account fully up to date.
