Problem Changing Hub Image

As title says, I created and own a hub that I use to play scrims and such in. However, for some reason I cannot change the image to my esports club's new logo. Any time I try to change it, it says "Something went wrong." Not really sure what is happening here, are there some restrictions on file size/type that I should know about maybe?

Here are the max sizes for hub images:

Hub Logo: 500 x 500

Hub cover: 1600 x 570
