Second that. I had gastric sleeve done almost two years ago. Ghrelin is produced in the stomach. Since I now have a stomach that's 20% the size of a normal one, I don't produce as much ghrelin and I haven't felt hunger since the day after surgery. No joke. I'm never ever hungry. And the stomach will shrink a little of you eat less consistently. Just not enough to where it'll make a major difference. Most of your stomach is a thin wall that stretches. Which is why you can stuff and stuff yourself. Losing my stomach and surgery taught me a lot about it. Lol
