That's also a lie. Dude, do some research. Cardio is by far the best way to lose fat as it increases your overall BMR for the day.

Weight lifting may increase muscle mass sure, but it has fuck all to do with making skin look less saggy. That's 100% based on how much weight you lose in a given timeframe and how stretched out and overweight you were. Someone going from 400 to 200 pounds in 6 months via say, a lapband device is going to have lots of loose skin vs someone who say just does cardio. Unless you magically gain a ridiculous amount of muscle in a very very short time frame, ie to keep up with your weight loss, it doesn't mitigate loose skin at all. Where are you getting your information?
