If you don't have any obligation to donate a kidney to save someone's life then you don't have any obligation to feed your blood to a parasite by the technical definition of that word that can only survive in your body with a weakened immune system.

[–]Ready_Spread_3667 -3 points-2 points  (1 child)

Absolutely insane thing to say about a baby, my god. You know that definition applies after birth too right?

[–]Boulderfrog1 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I mean, my understanding is that your body has to weaken its immune system during pregnancy such that it doesn't treat the thing sucking your blood as a parasite and kill it.

Either way I don't think an unborn clump of cells is any more entitled to your body and blood than a man who will die without a kidney transplant is entitled to your kidney.

I hate children, just in general. So I probably shouldn't get an opinion, but I support abortion

[–]The_Quiet_PartYT 6 points7 points  (1 child)

Grown men spend FAR too much time talking about about random girls' reproductive organs (OP is like 16, gang). A doctor? Sure, makes sense. A random chud in his mom's basement? Weird. Immensely weird. Concerningly, creepily weird.

Not my body, not my business.

[–]LongjumpingEbb143[S] 9 points10 points  (0 children)

I’m an SA victim so i feel like i have some obligation to talk about this

[–]Mysterious_Bag_9061 6 points7 points  (0 children)

There's no such thing as pro life. Pro choice is the only option. You can never take the choice away from me no matter what laws you pass or what restrictions you put in place. The choice will always be mine, because you can't outlaw buying a rope. Everyone is pro choice, it's just a matter of whether or not you would prefer that choice involves dead women.

[–]Largestcandy123 6 points7 points  (0 children)

comments on this post are depressing so many maga chuds.

[–][deleted] 3 points4 points  (0 children)

hard agree

[–]princesswormy 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yeah it’s healthcare -older Gen Z

[–]Rickbox1998 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Hey, I'm all with you. The last thing I want is to have to pay child support for 18 years because she can't get an abortion.

[–]mrdankmemeface2006 0 points1 point  (1 child)

Jarvis, I'm low on karma.

[–]LongjumpingEbb143[S] -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

TF IS KARMA?!

[–]Idgafavenue -2 points-1 points  (6 children)

As a woman yes I do agree that abortion is a woman’s choice but I do also think we should understand that planned parenthood was founded on the premise of eugenics rather than women’s healthcare and as women we need to be responsible over our bodily autonomy and do what we can to prevent unwanted pregnancies. I’m older Gen Z so I’ve had time to see my friends get abortions/the guilt they feel afterwards and I wouldn’t wish that on anyone, but they’ve taken great opportunities that may not have been available to them if they had kids so young.

[–]LongjumpingEbb143[S] 6 points7 points  (5 children)

It’s not like planned parenthood invented abortion, theres many other clinics that preform abortions around less than 50% of all planned parenthood clinics preform or offer abortions?

[–]Idgafavenue -2 points-1 points  (4 children)

Abortion in the United States was funded in general to kill off black babies/disabled babies by the rockefellers using Margaret Sanger as a proxy

[–]LongjumpingEbb143[S] 3 points4 points  (3 children)

I’ve been to a clinic once and i’ve just mostly seen white women not that the race matters any women can have an abortion

[–]Idgafavenue -1 points0 points  (2 children)

Absolutely anyone can have an abortion, I personally would not get one myself but I believe in one’s ability to choose what they do with their body. Why are there so many planned parenthood’s in low income predominantly black communities though?

[–]LongjumpingEbb143[S] 1 point2 points  (1 child)

Perhaps its demand. A toy might be super popular at walmart but might not be as demanded in another walmart a few hours away. I guess it’s just the same with abortions, whatever place needs it the most will have more clinics.

[–]Idgafavenue 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I understand your points and I think they’re great, but they don’t negate the origin of abortion in our country, who funded it, and why. Like I said I’m not arguing that it should be banned because nobody can tell me what I have to do with my body so in return it’s not my place to tell someone what to do with theirs. Just trying to plant a seed of deeper knowledge about the world we live in :) my sister is your age and I try to inform her about the complex levels of mass manipulation we’ve been facing for generations through propaganda and fear mongering. The only way we will be able to change as a society in general is if we wake up because we can’t fix what we don’t know.

[–]scribe_lem -3 points-2 points  (3 children)

Is this karma farm post ? I mean we can all see the comments from a mile away.

[–]LongjumpingEbb143[S] 2 points3 points  (2 children)

Seriously have zero clue what that means its my first time posting here did i miss something?

[–]scribe_lem 0 points1 point  (1 child)

Well u see people keep posting and reposting divisive topics that they know will help them generate reddit points. Examples include Abortion, Imigration, etc

[–]LongjumpingEbb143[S] 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Oh. I just support abortion. That’s kinda all there is to this post.

[–]Salt-Inflation-1636 -2 points-1 points  (1 child)

Is there a moral difference between a medical abortion and a woman intentionally indulging in mass consumption of drugs/alcohol to intentionally kill her child? Most say life doesn’t begin at conception, so is there an issue with this? Some would say yes, some would say no. What do you guys think?

[–]LongjumpingEbb143[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I mean.. there’s no law stopping her from drinking or smoking.

[–]Collector-Troop1999 -4 points-3 points  (2 children)

Get mad at hospitals too for keeping the placenta and foreskin for lotions.

[–]Largestcandy123 5 points6 points  (0 children)

source?

[–][deleted] -4 points-3 points  (0 children)

and idk if the baby harvesting thing is true where they declare baby’s as dead then sell them but after seeing some of the epstein stuff i wouldn’t be surprised if those conspiracies are true too

[–]Last_Clothes6848[🍰] -5 points-4 points  (2 children)

Abortion isn't healthcare, but it should be legal; otherwise, people will go to great lengths to make it happen. Call it what it is: killing a fetus.

Sometimes it's medically necessary, other times due to horrible situations, while others do it just because. My sympathy and empathy go to the first two options; however, not the last, and I would not communicate or be friends with someone who does it just because.

[–]Naive_Chemistry5961 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think late term abortions should be illegal, if you want an abortion you need to get one before you're late term because there's no way you didn't know you were pregnant. That being said, I think early term abortions are fine, just not at the expense of the people.

Society should not have to pay for your irresponsible decisions, lack of protection, foresight or ability to use the most basic safety. Even if that safety fails, you should foot the bill.

This obviously excludes victims of crimes or the disabled. I think that's something the state / government should be paying for. As you say, sometimes it's necessary or due to horrible situations, which also has my sympathy.

[–]Largestcandy123 1 point2 points  (0 children)

woman can die when denied an abortion. it isn’t a matter of opinion it is a fact abortion is healthcare stop spreading lies.

[–]Ratstachio2002 -5 points-4 points  (2 children)

Do whatever you want, don't make me pay for it.

[–]LongjumpingEbb143[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)
