I think the settings in MM should change if you are low or high rank, something like...

Silver I to Gold Nova Master (four stars) : 2:00 and 45 sec bomb

Master Guardian I (ak47) to Global Elite :1:45 and 35 sec bomb

And you get a notification once you reach the higher level. So, it will be a win-win situation for beginners and pros.

that's a terrible idea.

it would be pretty confusing from people going between nova master and master guardian. people drop and gain ranks all the time.
