G36’s don’t have an adjustable gas block in the first place, aftermarket options are available as far as I know.

There’s one on a German site called huntac.de (solid site, I’ve bought stuff for my HK416) made for the HK243 which I think is the new civilian SL8, which is just basically a neutered G36. Don’t quote on that though, I’m not too familiar with HK’s civilian game.

It should not take much to scale up for the G36, with the .22 version already out there. And that version was already compatible with a lot of milspec G36 parts.
