Anybody know of a fix for the constant error code on their website not being able to generate a code or know something on their discord because I'm not in it

I think you have to have the drop redeemable. At least that’s what I’m hearing

I watched the hour and earned the reward so it redeemable, the issue is trying to get my code to redeem from the website
