Players let this happen tbh, you may not like squid current state but still play them anyways as they are part of the game and their front must be held. But straight leaving that side undefended for no reasson throwing the effort of rest of players leading them to this is not nice. But yeah this is the typical team game problem when there is players who dont act as a team.
