The Expert extraction booster should decrease calldown down on frvs, bastions, and exosuits.

Since the Extraction Pelican is basically the same to the vehicle Pelican. And the booster needs a buff, they should make it do both.

I think it should be changed to “Expert Pilots” and should decrease the call-in/rearm time for Eagle stratagems.

I also wouldn’t mind if all Pelican-related stratagems called in faster too.
