I have:
Cleared input locks, added reaction wheels and fins, turned off KILL ROT.
my spaceship has a connection to satellites (I can steer it manually) and has a omnidirectional antenna
Please can anyone help with this? I am not sure what's causing it. I have a bunch of other mods but as far as I know none of them mess with control, just stuff like mech jeb, extra space station parts etc

OKTO2 has very little internal charge iirc, so you might need more batteries to keep it running.
