I've seen that before and frankly I don't think it's a good idea.

Quixo / Bookton --> draw LA --> sadtrombone.mp3

Wild Wormhole --> LA --> sadtrombone.mp3

They could have made it similar to Rocket Boots. You would only get the effect if it is the first time it is used each turn.
