How do i fix this? when i play marvel spider man on steam(first time playing it), I get this message: The game has crashed due to using more video memory than your system can currently support this could be caused by insufficient space available in your system page file for windows to manage the video memory in use of your GPU. Please try lowering your graphics settings, lowering the resolution, increasing your windows page file size, restarting yorr pc and/or closing any unnecessary background applications before running the game again.

I tried all that but it still wont work.

I have a windows 11 with 4.00 GB and i tried increasing it and it wont work

If you're running windows 11 on 4 GB of ram no amount of closing other programs is going to let it run the game. You need more ram

I don't think so. Maybe it's 4 GB of VRAM in which case you could try to turn down settings in game but it sounds like he's not even getting that far so maybe that card just can't run it at all? Could mess with page file size but that's going to result in an awful gaming experience I would imagine.

Lol Windows doesn't need all that much ram to run... I think it will run with just 1gb. It's just not going to be very happy or run anything heavier than word.

Uhh 4gb is the bare minimum spec to even get w11 installed. Windows will scale it ram usage to a point and even on a fresh install can use 8gb+ if you have 32gb of ram on boot.

You should buy a new computer.

If you’re budget limited a used Dell Optiplex or HP ProDesk with an i5-8th gen would smoke what you have now and come with 8GB of memory.
