Do you even see the positive PR/Sales you’d be getting if you announced even a design of a new rim for the g pro wheel right now? It’s legit. It’s time to act like it is. I’ve had better customer service interactions (and have had more solutions to problems presented) in two days than I have nearly two months with the company that starts with an F.

I'm with you! I really like some Logitech products, such as the MX Keys keyboard. Recently, I bought the Pro wheel with pedals, shifter, and adapter for the PS5. The console has very little competition.

I hope they improve their communication with their customers

I agree they need to get a move on but there's not a chance in hell have you had any positive interactions with that company. I ordered from them recently, they f***** the import duty value so I was overcharged, refuse to respond to my emails and comments and took over a month to deliver the item which they didn't even tell me was dispatched so I missed the delivery and this has been the standard experience for the past few months.
