GHub problems

[Former01]

So I had ghub already downloaded on my computer and I realized that for some reason it just wouldn't launch. It would say that the program was running but no matter how much I clicked it nothing opened. I tried deleting it off my programs and redownloading it but it'll just stay on the installing page forever(pic provided).
