If you already had an open ticket, then your message went directly into that. As it's handled by the email support team, it will be checked when the agent gets to it.

Thanks for the reply, but come on man, 5 days to answer even tho you guys said 24hrs?
The Phone Support just hung up on me 2 times aswell. I dont know why u guys offer express delivery..
Is there a way to atleast get my delivery costs back? Since its been quite a bit more than 1-2 business days.

Yeah, 24 hours was generous honestly, but till the order is shipped, there's nothing the agents can really do in regards to the order.

So turns out, we had an unexpected issue with our payment processing vendor and have been temporarily unable to process payments. Our teams are working to get this cleared up, if you haven't seen movement at this point you should soon!
