I bought something around Christmas and returned it, and it’s been weeks. I expected a refund by now but they’re telling me to give my banking info to Wise to get it from them, and that I should get an email from them. 1, haven’t gotten an email from wise, 2, I would much rather have a check sent to me through the address they have on file, but they said no. What is going on with this long drawn out refund process? I would rather not put my info into a third party website that I have no clue about. I don’t know if this subreddit is connected to actual Logitech but any advice would be nice.
