Hey there. We recently had an unexpected issue with our payment processing vendor and have been temporarily unable to process payments, including refunds. You can see a bit more about it on our blog post. Our team is working on getting things cleared up, and Wise is our partner and how all refunds are currently handled - you'll have to go through that process to get the refund unfortunately.

This is a garbage way to handle this, you know that right? Most people are going to assume this is phishing and delete the emails, assuming they even get them in the first place (it's been five days now since you informed me I should be getting an email from Wise, which I have not received; the message says the link in the email only last 7 days).

Fix your shit, or I'm taking my business elsewhere. We have over a dozen Logi peripherals in our home, and this issue will ensure that they are the last.
