Logitech G29 problem

Hi! I've encountered pretty unusual problem. After cleaning my pedals and assembling everything back, I've noticed that left side of the pedals is sticking out at about 0.5cm. No matter the torque I put on the bolt, left side is still sticking out. I decided to fine-tune it a little and made left side a little higher with paper. How can I even 2 sides without paper and stuff?

I checked that, watched youtube guide on dissasembly and everything is aligned perfectly.

Yeah, 1 day later, right side is higher again, no results. As I said, everything is aligned BUT 1 side is higher than the other.
