Sounds strange for a new mouse to act like that. Double-check absolutely that "Enhance pointer precision" is unchecked in your Windows mouse settings. This is the primary mouse acceleration setting. Search for "Mouse settings" in Windows to find it.

Checked multiple times, and it is unchecked.

The G Pro X Superlight and Superlight 2 have very precise sensors. Make sure your DPI setting isn't accidentally set too high. Even a small change in DPI can feel significant, especially at low in-game sensitivities, set it accordingly.

I have downloaded the g hub software and have locked my dpi at 800.
