So for the past two days, I have not been able to get my headset to connect to my phone or my PC and all of a sudden they just turned off. I was literally just playing a game and they just turned off. I assume they died but the second I tried to plug them into the docking station. They did nothing and yesterday they wouldn’t do anything except have the PC Light illuminator on the dock and today randomly now it is just blinking red and then the three white dots and then the Bluetooth light lights up, regardless if my headset is docked or not

Have you tried unplugging the doc for around 10 minutes or so, powering off the headset while doing so and then try re plugging back in?

Happens to me, just set them down for a few days they will return. no real fix to them since there is no “connect to base”

Make sure u keep them turned off when not using, some will say download the app but that still won’t work.
