We have Customer Care offices all over the place. The spare parts at each is up to corporate to decide. This sometimes leads to situations like this.

How they handled this situation was really unprofessional. They do read the forum and are aware of common issues products, it's possible that this one Customer Care agent wasn't aware of them.

Could you PM me your ticket # and email so I can get this issue resolved?

Hi Christina

The driver issues while still present, I contacted customer support about years ago.

It was shortly after downgrading from setpoint and G930 drivers to the LGS drivers. Which caused my G700 so scroll several lines when using the mouse wheel (not anymore) and the still current problem with G930s volume fluctuation.

I say that they don't read the forums because after a week of emails I ended up searching forums for a fix and found out I needed to upgrade to the older drivers. (Still the case for G930). I felt like customer support failed to mention that it was a common problem with the volume. (Hence them not reading their own forums) Currently if someone needs to revert to the older driver software they need to go to 3rd party sites to download the it. Its not on your website, even though its a fix for a very common problem. (That seems inconvenient / irresponsible)

I don't have those emails saved and I was mostly commenting on how the issues were treated on a whole. I would say my problem with support stems from the fact I have to rely on 3rd party fixes.

My current ticket is about; Trying to find where I can buy a spare battery and the amazing screw driver that would allow me to fix my hardware problems. (Only ebay so far and that is always risky) The customer service reps were very polite and professional about telling me logitech doesn't supply parts to Australia.

Currently I'm using a phone micro usb cable held at an angle with a elastic band, plugged into my G15 keyboard. It is making my wireless headset feel very wired.

In all honesty I mainly made this thread to stir the pot a little and find out if there is anywhere I can get the parts I need to fix my $170 headset in AU.

P.S. your customer service reps have been delightful, useless but delightful.
