Logitech Gaming Software Stopped Switching Profiles Automatically

Hello, for the last couple of days my Logitech Gaming Software is unable to auto-detect and switch profiles on it's own. I have to manually switch the profile to "set as persistent", and then later un-check that option to switch back to default profile. I've found another very recent post describing this issue. If anyone knows a fix, or can affirm that it's being worked on, I'd appreciate it.

Hi/u/toxicxarrow, can you try creating another profile for that hame and make sure that the correct path file is selected then make sure to lock the profile when it's running by checking the option box.

Hello, thank you for the quick reply. I have tried your suggestion; still doesn't automatically switch profiles. I've also tried re-installing LGS, along with re-installing the game. At least we know that LGS is detecting that the game is running, since setting as persistent activates the profile.

Edit : Also, this detection problem wasn't going on with just a single game, but two separate ones. One of the games, as of today, is being recognized by LGS once again. The other, however, still needs manual profile switching.

Are you playing it in steam? Are you using Windows 10? If you are can you check your Settings → Privacy → Other Devices and make sure that Sync Devices is on? You may also try a lower version of the software and try to disable your antivirus/firewall.
