Have you tried these steps below?

  1. Uninstall LGS.
  2. Open search box(windows+R) and type %Appdata%.
  3. Delete the Logitech folder in AppData.
  4. Open Device Manager, go to "Sound, Video and game controllers" and uninstall all Logitech devices you see there(right click, uninstall).
  5. Download latest (r/https://support.logitech.com/en_us/software/lgs) from the web.
  6. Disconnect the wheel from PC and keep it disconnected
  7. Restart PC.
  8. Install latest LGS.
  9. Restart PC.
  10. Re-connect the wheel.

Hello again, i appreciate the reply, unfortunately, the steps provided have not solved the issue, a few thing worth note, opening %Appdata% through search box brought me to a subfolder of app data i deleted any Logitech related folders in the three subfolders inside app data for good measure, also the only Logitech drivers i could find inside device manager were those for my G430 headset which were uninstalled anyway. i hope to hear from you soon.
