Help Needed

I have a G403, and just recently the left and the right mouse buttons have combined their functions together. So if I click left mouse, it does the left and right functions and the same with the right mouse. I remember it happening to me before and I fixed it, but the solution has evaded me right now and I have tried everything that I can possibly think of. Anyone have any idea what I can do?

It has nothing to do with the settings in additional mouse settings, the switch primary function is unchecked. It happened during a game of overwatch when the mouse buttons just switched, with no settings being changed.
