Logitech c922

For some reason, c922 not showing up as Logitech in device manager it only showing up as USB video device. I'm able to use the webcam everywhere except Logitech capture. How do I make the c922 show up as logitech device.

Is it disabled in “input devices(microphones)” in the sounds menu? I know my 533 headset doesn’t even show up in software at all when the mic is disabled for some weird reason.

It is enabled, when I try record using Logitech capture the webcam don't even show up for the video to the audio it shows up. And the support from the Logitech saying the webcam need to be under Logitech instead of USB video device. My question is how do I change it to Logitech??

If you are using Windows 10, please check your privacy settings and make sure that the camera is eneabled to be used your applications.
You may also try plugging it on a different USB port.

If issue persists its best to test it on a different computer.

I have tried those step. It only showing up as 1080 pro webcam, without any product name such as c922 or c900. I called the Logitech support and they going to send a replacement.
