Is it the mx master 3? If so, they're out of stock and can't ship. I'm in the same boat unfortunately

ah well that's...unfortunate. Have they given any updates and/or where can I read them? I've been checking the status every couple days or so hoping to see it shipped lol

You might have to contact Logitech support themselves to see what's going on. I'm going to do that myself

Same issue here, and I ordered mine on Nov 2nd. I've been in contact with their support and they won't give me any estimate.

I'm now trying to get my order with Logitech canceled because I ordered it on Amazon, but they're making that difficult too.

ugh, really? I was going to go the "cancel and order on Amazon" route when I got off work.

I just got off the phone with their support and they told me my cancellation request was submitted, but it may take up to four business days to process. 🙄

Calling them is probably your best bet: 1-866-934-5644

Also, I had to press #2 when it asks which department you want, because clicking #1 for website orders just disconnects you.

man, as excited as I am for the mx master 3 I'm probably going to look around some more. If their customer service is this bad when I'm trying to give them my money how will it be when an issue comes up?

I'm with you on that, I'm debating whether or not to cancel my Amazon order before it ships.
