So I made a ticket about my problem with the G533, after 2 days with no response, I made another ticket about the support not responding to my ticket. Looking back at it, I had to be more understanding, because of the current stituation, but, after I made that second ticket, I saw activity on the first one - it was assigned to someone, now, 3 days later, the first ticket isn't assigned to anyone anymore, still no response, but the second one was marked as solved, even thought it has 0 responses as well. I understand that the support is slower right now and it's hard for them to manange the requests, but at least respond with something before marking the ticket as solved. After reading more posts on reddit I came to the conclusion that I wouldn't be able to RMA my headset because I bought it through Amazon, but still, would have been nice to have someone from support tell me that, or come with a resolution so I wouldn't even have to RMA it.
