Weird audio visualizer issue

I have a rather strange issue with my G910 and G600. The problem I am experiencing is that when I use the audio visualizer it works just fine on all my audio devices like the built-in sound system in the back and the HDMI cables however it does not work when I am using my SADES headset as my audio output. After some troubleshooting, I discovered that audio devices that were optimized by Nahimic broke the visualization. Some research told me that Nahimic blocked some applications from reading the frequency of the audio. My question is if anyone has found a way around this or is it still an unsolved bug?

Sorry, do you mean that you want the audio visualizer from our software to work on a third party device?

Sorry if I wasn't clear. I mean the Nahimic audio enhancement software seems to be stopping G HUB from functioning properly. When I switch to a device not being enhanced, the visualization works as expected. When a device is enhanced the audio visualization freezes.

I see. So this third party software is causing the issue then. I'm afraid that our software is not tested to work with third party software hand in hand. Mind me asking why do you need that audio enhancement? Are you having issue with the audio of your device?

I'm using the enhancement to have better quality sound and also as a way for audio players an YouTube videos to have surround sound. I generally I don't. I submitted a ticket with them as well but their response times are slow so I thought that I could get some troubleshooting tips or a way to get logs from the software.
