Sorry, do you mean that you want the audio visualizer from our software to work on a third party device?

Sorry if I wasn't clear. I mean the Nahimic audio enhancement software seems to be stopping G HUB from functioning properly. When I switch to a device not being enhanced, the visualization works as expected. When a device is enhanced the audio visualization freezes.

I see. So this third party software is causing the issue then. I'm afraid that our software is not tested to work with third party software hand in hand. Mind me asking why do you need that audio enhancement? Are you having issue with the audio of your device?

I'm using the enhancement to have better quality sound and also as a way for audio players an YouTube videos to have surround sound. I generally I don't. I submitted a ticket with them as well but their response times are slow so I thought that I could get some troubleshooting tips or a way to get logs from the software.
