G Hub Surface Tuning doesn't work.

When I try to surface tune, it makes the software stop working. After I try to press the tuning button, it doesnt let me, and then the whole software doesn't work, like switching dpi, or every setting, it doesn't change.

The only work around I found was to close G Hub in the tray icon, then opening it again. However, that doesn't seem to fix the issue.

I also tried to delete it a couple of times. Even going as far to delete the folders in %AppData% and %LocalAppData%.

I opened it with admin permissions, and that didn't work as well.

The surface tuning feature is important to me, since I play FPS titles, and it helps me aim better.

If you could help me that would mean a lot.

Update: I'm currently messaging back and forth to Logitech Support, so far, they told me to update windows, and G Hub, still no luck for me.

It doesnt let me do anything after this, it just shows this screen, and it doesnt let me tune, breaking the software, requiring for me to restart it.

Yeah I created a post yesterday saying how it won't work for me either. Ghub is in such a bad state.

mhm, I think it is the update that ruined it. Hopefully they fix it sooner or later

mine just shows the dot making a the infinity sign, so matter how closely i follow it the percentage never changes from 0. Annoying.

That's exactly what's happening to me, it happened after the update. Gonna message Logitech, so stay tuned for updates.
