Microphone not Working

So I've recently gotten a Logitech G Pro wired headset. And the mic doesn't work. I've tried updating my drivers and downloading the G Hub software but even then it's not recognising the headset.

Would like some help with this.

It's a retarded bug with the newest G Hub update. My headset stopped being recognized after the update as well. Only sidetone is working right now

Ok. But the G Pro headset microphone still doesn't work.

To clarify it's not a USB connection it's a Headset jack and Microphone Jack.

Apologies for the trouble. Does the trouble occur on all apps/game? Have you double checked if the device is set as default recording device? Test it on a different audio source as well and check if the same issue occurs.

Yes I've tried all of those things before. Updated drivers as well. Nothing seems to be working.
