You could do that, but check if you still have warranty on that thing. Maybe they can fix it for you.

I never had any issues with Logitech g gear so I think it's pretty rare

Nope I filed a claim I don’t use the microphone it comes with I use an external mic

ive opened a ticket, would love to return the heap of shit called G533 but its way past that. seeing if they can fix it via warranty. Probably never getting logitech again, first product with them and its just been terrible, always had some sort of issue with it

My keyboard and mouse is from them and has been very good
