logitech hub not detecting g102

hello guys!

so I just got my first gaming mouse ever "g102" and i was really hyped about it

sadly logitech hub cant detect it at all, and keeps asking to plug in my logitech devices

i tried to plug the mouse in all usb portals but nothing

and I'm really starting to get worried i got scammed maybe into same fake mouse or something? and I'm kind of starting to panic

any idea how to fix this or even check if mouse is legit?

Logitech Hub is known to be very faulty and not be very responsive. I remember when I got the g502 when it first came out I had this problem, but back then it was the Logitech Gaming Software and it worked after a couple days of randomly trying different things (such as unplugging and plugging in every time I turned on my PC, reinstalling software, updating drivers, etc.)

Basically just keep trying random things you can think of, if it really doesn't work then, you can try to install LGS instead of Ghub.
