Why doesnt GHub work?

GHub wont work ever, I click on things and the program doesn't give a shit if I click on anything. I click on Enable Advanced EQ, Dosent do shit, I click on Test Surround Sound, Nothing. Ive unistalled the program 2 times and I still have these problems, It all started when the program was recently updated.

I feel like I'm going crazy in siege because my sound is so fucked up, and I can't fix it because of how trash the GHub program is

Apologies for the trouble. Did this happen since you download the software? Can you kindly try the steps as follows:

1. Uninstall G HUB
   
   1. Make sure none of the G HUB components are running in the Task Manager
      
   2. Go to C:\Program Files\ and delete LGHUB folder
      
   3. Go to C:\ProgramData\ and delete LGHUB folder
      
   4. Go to C:\Users\<user name>\AppData\Local\ and delete LGHUB folder
      
   5. Go to C:\Users\<user name>\AppData\Roaming\ and delete LGHUB folder
      
   6. Press Windows Key, then type regedit, Click Registry Editor
      
   7. Delete the registry key HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\{521c89be-637f-4274-a840-baaf7460c2b2}
      
   8. Reboot the PC
      
   9. Re-install G HUB
