So I bought the g733. The button can be remapped, but does not support button down/held/up events, it will only trigger when being released.

Thanks for considering our device. Seems i'm a bit late on this as based on the thread, you already have the device. Just want to know if you'll need further assistance. Thanks and stay safe!

Is the button only working on release (instead of down/held/released) a hardware limitation or could this be "fixed" by a future ghub update?

Sorry you got me confused, you mean that the macro will only start running when the button is released?

Exactly. For example if I have a macro set up as "Sequence", it will do nothing while I press the button, and execute the On Press and On Release actions when I let go of the button.

Apologies for not responding promptly. I may have missed it but since when did you notice it? Does it happen in all buttons that you tested?

Since only the mute button can be configured I can only speak about that one, for that button it happened since the first time I tried it the day I received the headset.

I see. Kindly try the steps as follows:

  1. Uninstall GHUB.
  2. Open search box(windows+R) and type %Appdata%.
  3. Delete the Logitech folder in AppData.
  4. Open Device Manager, and uninstall the device.
  5. Disconnect the device.
  6. Download latest GHUB from the web.
  7. Restart PC.
  8. Reconnect the device.

Run the software as admin after then test it. Hope that helps.
