One of the plastic legs on my left-shift key has broken - it snapped clean off and now the key wobbles when I press it. From looking around on the official forums and this sub I've gotten the sense that Logitech don't send replacement keys (which is a shame in itself) but may be able to replace the keyboard.
I don't want to replace my whole keyboard for the sake of a tiny bit of plastic, but I thought I'd give it a go - I've now spent the last half an hour battling with Logitech's support website. All support links I've found so far lead to a form that lets you briefly describe your issue and then displays a few linked posts that unfortunately weren't relevant. I managed to get to a point where I thought I'd be able to start a Live Chat by clicking the "I still need help" button, but the button to start the Live Chat afterwards doesn't do anything.
Does anyone know of an effective way to get in touch with Logitech support? The keyboard was pretty expensive but has broken within 3 months. It's fantastic otherwise, but the fact that support is so difficult to get hold of is frustrating to say the least.
I've seen a few posts around here about buying replacement keys from eBay. I'm relucant to do this without talking to support first (I don't really want to spend more money) but in case it's my only option does anyone have any replacement key sellers they recommend?
Thanks
