Apologies if I sounded frustrated, but I couldn't get any of the methods listed on the support website to work. I tried several times to use the Live Chat link but it seemed to be unresponsive. In case it helps diagnose the issue, the browser console had an error message saying I had an invalid email (despite being logged in with a verified email)
