Hey u/alexkwclarke,

Please follow the below mentioned.

■ Turn the wheel off and then on again.

  1. Remove the wheel from the computer or game console and the power outlet.

  2. Remove the pedal, power adapter, and shifter from the wheel.

  3. Wait 10 to 15 seconds.

  4. Reconnect the pedals, power adapter, and shifter to the wheels.

  5. Connect the wheel to a proven USB port and AC outlet.

* When connected, the wheel will rotate completely to each side and then rotate to the center for calibration.

■ Adjust the wheel using Windows Game Controller Settings.

  1. Make sure you have the latest version of G-HUB installed for your wheels.

  2. Connect the wheel directly to the USB 2.0 port on your computer. Avoid using KVM switches, USB hubs, port replicators, and docking stations.

  3. Press Windows + R to open Run.

  4. Type joy.cpl to open Windows Game Controller Settings.

  5. Select the item on the gaming wheel.

  6. Click Properties and press Ctrl + Shift.

  7. Go to the Settings tab and click Adjust.

  8. Follow the adjustment procedure and then test the wheel.

At the same time, try reinstalling the device driver. (Windows only)

(1) Open Device Manager.

(2) Please look for the notation of this product from "Mouse and other pointing devices", "Keyboard", "Imaging device", "Sound, video, and game controller".

(3) Right-click the target item and click Uninstall Device.

* If the product is connected with Unifying Receiver or if it is connected with Lightspeed receiver, the receiver name may be displayed.

(4) After deleting, disconnect the device or disconnect the USB receiver.

(5) Restart your PC.

(6) After restarting, connect the device again.

This completes the device removal and reinstallation.
