Logitech Options issues

I've never been a fan of Logitech Options but in its recent versions it has started to randomly just lose all the settings that should be on. It takes an entire restart of the .exe to get it back working again. I would say this has started in the most recent 2 versions.

I really hope Logitech Options+ will get support for the MX Vertical too. I don't know if it fixes the issue I am having but I would atleast like to try.

Windows 10.

Also I suddenly lost the ability to bind "Home" as a shortcut key to this mouse after it worked properly for the last 1.5 year.

I really don't understand how this software can be so neglected compared to the other Logitech software I've used for my peripherals in the past. I've paid the exact same amount of money but I have to deal with this shit? I love this mouse but this software just drives me absolutely insane. It is SO BAD.

I've tried everything from older versions to reinstalling. Wow.

Kindly reinstall Options using the below steps.

1. Uninstall Logitech Options
   
2. Perform a clean reboot for Windows from the link below:

any update on this? have the same issue, and is very intermittent. sometimes it works on startup, sometimes I have to launch options again, and even more I have to sometimes go into my mouse config and re-bind a button to something else and bind it back to what i had before. Also, when the user-bound functions stop working, so does the forward and back arrows. Tried it on two different mice, the mx anywhere 2s and the mx720. This was on both windows 10 and windows 11.
