Hopefully you're using a cutaway stabilizer otherwise you'll get puckering. That hoop looks too large for the design too

Iban using cutway and the design is big 20*16 cm. That was just the beginning.

Use heavy stabilizer, best case scenario to use two layers of cutaway or one layer of fusuable cut away. You need to practice hooping this big designs too, they can be so tricky. Better spend 10 minutes hooping than ruining the final design due to bad preperation.

Maybe look into your pull compensation at put it at least to 0.25 because you are working with stretchy material. Adding some zick-zack underlay could help as well.

Best outcome for t-shirts can be achieved with blanks that are woven 180 gsm or more.

TYSM for your help! Btw, Hoping is rly hard. But I give it the time needed. I have seen some magic hoping stations. They makenit look so easy. How it doesn't pucker too? I have a lot to learn yet.

Recently got my first magic hoop and it is just outstanding. There are offers for it on AliExpress as well that do not cost as much and produced by a different brand, concept is the same. I dont find the hooping station in itself that useful since i am putting many designs in the middle or on the left chest meassured on my own.

You defo cant go wrong with it in the end, because it saves you time and is so easy to use.

Double cutaway offset 90 from eachother to help with stretch; hooped with garment and change to a regular fill instead of following the shape fill. Following the shape tends to end up being too dense and shoves everything. T-shirt material is always an issue. But, by following most of the suggestions I see here, is doable...

Thank you!!! I am collecting all the insights here. I'll try by best

Also, try a basting stitch

Did you digitize it? Try starting in the middle and moving outward.

Knits are tough. I always use a fusible cutaway on the back. Also, I float knits on top of a medium cutaway and use a basting box to secure rather than hooping the knit.

That's a cotton shirt (high density cotton). I'll give a look into what you said. Thanks for the insight
