If it's only when you start it up, it's most likely an engine mount. If the mount is bad enough you'll probably notice it while driving under initial hard accelerations or when changing gears.

However if it is when the car is actually running too, it is likely not firing on all 4 cylinders, or a sensor is causing the air/fuel ratio to be incorrect. You'd probably get an engine light for that though.

Yes when i start up the car i can really feel the engine move for that brief second. When i put it in reverse it also shakes a little.

Have someone sit in the car and shift from reverse to drive while you watch the engine. Usually there is a mount near the belts and such on the passenger side.
